About the Role:

As a Product Specialist, you will be a key part of the customer journey - responsible for delivering an exciting and educational experience for our customers, assisting with appointments & walk-in enquiries, selling, and ensuring the customer's needs are always met.

You don’t need any car-industry experience – we'll provide you with all the tools & training required to become a superstar. What we want is the right attitude – someone who is honest, loves dealing with other people, and who wants to self-develop.

To be successful in the role you will need:

  • Quality in-person customer service
  • Create connections with our customers
  • Interpret and discuss information about our stock with customers
  • Record customer information
  • Handovers
