An exciting opportunity has become available for Educators, Lead Educators, ECTs, a chef and a Leadership team to join the team at our Genius, Yanchep!
Genius Childcare is excited to soon open our Brand New Centre located in Yanchep . We are looking to build a new team at our Yanchep Centre who will work together to build a welcoming community environment within our service.
Your new centre:
Genius Yanchep is located on Ikara lane in the heart of Yanchep. Our brand-new purpose-built centre accommodates children from 6 weeks to 6 years, with an engaging large outdoor playground and natural play space, each of our environments and brand-new resources is well designed to foster and enhance children’s learning and development.
Our team here at Genius Yanchep aims to provide an inclusive, supportive, and positive culture that welcomes all educators from various backgrounds to join our team.
Your new role:
- You will be passionate about promoting children's development and their learning.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to manage the day to day operations of your room including curriculum development and administrative procedure
- You will be supported by a our team of qualified educators and in return will assist leadership to provide support and training to ensure the centre complies with the NQF requirements
- Work passionately to develop positive relationships with families and children and contribute to a positive working environment

What YOU need:
- Cert III or Diploma or Bachelors in early childhood (or an ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Relevant working with children checks, police checks, child protection course, First Aid and CPR including anaphylaxis and asthma
- You will have sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Experience in working in a new centre during opening stages (preferred but not essential)
