Description:
ING Australia is looking for an experienced “ IAM Operation Delivery Manager ” to join our Identity and Access management team for this newly created position based in Sydney.
As a senior member of the IAM team, manage a team of IT Security Analysts (ITSA) with the primary focus of monitoring, reporting and improving the access requests, maintaining a strong client relationship, and contribute to enhancing access administration processes.
Our ideal candidate should have experience leading a team to deliver exceptional service and stakeholder management. You’ll have a proactive approach towards continuous improvement in building the function in line with agile working environment.
What you’ll do
- Manual user access provisioning and de-provisioning.
- Review and execute on an existing IAM strategy and roadmaps.
- Oversee the implementation and enhancement of IAM processes, systems, and controls to ensure effective identity and access management.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders involved in IAM initiative.
- Manage and resolve escalations from the team and the business.
- Managing CyberArk access, password rotation, vaulting, policy.
What we’re looking for
- Demonstrated experience in Identity and Access Management deliverables.
- Good understanding of all IAM controls.
- Hands on experience in effective communication with team management and senior management.
- Experience with CyberArk, SailPoint is essential.
- Experience in highly regulated entities preferably APRA regulated.
- Ability to operate on one's own initiative with a proactive attitude within the directions and confines of bank policy.
