Experienced Trade-Based Coordinator / Scheduler

Description:

We are seeking an experienced trade-based coordinator / scheduler to join our team:

• A person who can work and communicate with all our staff, technicians, sub-contractors and customers.
• A person who is used to bringing together the ‘pieces of the puzzle’ to align the job needs, availability of resources, access to site, and necessary paperwork.
• Has proficient computer skills to create job cards for all new and additional works.
• Able to schedule short term and long term works so our customers are kept satisfied at all times.
• Ensuring accurate and quality work scopes so our technicians can carry out high level servicing.
• Deal with inquiries in a timely manner and follow up as required.
• Liaise and have strong customer service to ensure client needs are met.
• Coordinate schedules with technicians and Team Leaders to ensure productivity targets are met.
• Be adaptable and able to work in emergency jobs and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Essential Skills:

• Previous Scheduling or Coordinator experience
• Experience in simPRO Operating System or similar such software
• Strong attention to detail
• Time management skills and the ability to multitask
• High level of computer literacy including all Microsoft Office programs
• Have strong communication and customer service skills
• Problem solving ability
• Also, it would be an advantage if you have previously worked for a Trade base company, especially a plumbing, electrical and/or pump company.
