We advocate for people in need and provide innovative services to meet current and emerging multicultural community needs including aged care, NDIS, early education, and family & community programs.

Reporting to the Clients and Community Service Coordinator and working across our Brunswick and Oakleigh offices, this role aims to support and enhance service delivery through a range of activities and the provision of case work services to carers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all assigned projects and activities are commenced, delivered, and completed on time, in accordance with the project requirements.
  • Provide case work services as required to carers in line with the Case Work service provision and programmatic requirements.
  • Provide monthly reports on the progress of the activities, KPI compliance and strategies to address any real or potential barriers.
  • Complete data and reporting requirements as required by the Department to meet KPI requirements by the due dates.
  • Maintain with precision and up to date all required documentation in the service delivery including but not limited to attendance, times, facilitator reflections, session plans, reports, surveys etc.
  • Actively participate in relevant meetings with funding bodies, the Organisation, Team, Unit, and organisational activities which may include and not limited supporting other programs such as the Volunteer Legal and Migration services etc.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate and work collaboratively across PRONIA teams.
  • Attend mandatory training sessions, and other professional development opportunities specific to the position.
  • Work collaboratively with PRONIA workforce and external stakeholders to ensure quality service delivery in line with funding agreements service delivery expectations.

To be suitable for this position you must have:

  • Relevant qualifications in Social /Health disciplines.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Greek language skills.
  • Relevant experience in a similar project role/s
  • Demonstrated research and report writing skills, high-level attention to detail.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills; capacity to succinctly communicate complex issues.
