6-12 month temporary contract opportunity as Senior Finance Officer for the WA government.Your new company
We have partnered with a large healthcare government department to assist in their search for a HSU 6 Finance Officer. Reporting to the Manager of Operational Finance, the role will develop and manage the program budgets.
The role is based in Nedlands and is a 6-12 month temporary assignment with the possibility to extend for the right candidate. Ideally, you are available to commence work in mid-May 2024.
Your new role
- Business management analysis and support
- Coordinate and contribute to business plans
- Analysis of performance against indicators
- Prepare the annual budget and undergo budget negotiations
- Financial and budgetary reporting
What you'll need to succeed

Hospital or government experience is preferred

Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
