About the role:
The Student Services Officer is responsible for providing general administration services to students, ensuring their support and engagement throughout their time at the college.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
- Relevant administrative experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Professionalism and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- First Aid Certificate Level 2 (HLTAID003).
- Working With Children's Check.
- Current National Police Check.
