The Administrative Support Officer provides a comprehensive range of high-level administrative support to the Head of Department Obstetrics & Gynaecology (O&G) and the O&G medical team to support the achievement of the unit/department outcomes. If you are an experienced Administrative Officer who has eyes for details, can work efficiently autonomously as well as within a team, then this role is for you! About You You can manage correspondence by handling emails, letters, and phone calls, and responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person or department. You have experience with scheduling and arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members, as well as managing calendars and scheduling events. You can assist with projects by providing support to various projects or initiatives by preparing documents, gathering information, and coordinating tasks as needed. Where You’ll Be Working You will be working in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology based at Gosford Hospital.
