We are currently seeking high energy fun and friendly people to join our new Butterboy Shop in the heart of newly developed Chatswood. A state of the art cookie bakery, making freshly baked cookies, soft serve and specialty coffee.
About Butterboy
Renowned for our freshly baked cookies that push the flavour boundaries, we deliver a premium product in a state of the art fit-out so we can provide the best experience to our customers. Our retail stores allow the experience to be visually taken in by customers and passing trade, with cookies being baked and sold within the hour every hour and paired with creamy soft serve, milkshakes and specialty coffee. Our team is a key part of that experience as we create a group of fun and passionate individuals, who wish to carry the Butterboy brand in all aspects.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have
- Welcoming our customers and providing an exceptional customer service experience
- Demonstrated customer service experience within the hospitality industry
- Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Able and willing to work rotating roster that includes weekends and public holiday
- A love for cookies and more specifically, our cookies!
