Task & Responsibilities• Working within a high performing team to deliver high-quality products and a smooth service• Performing food preparation tasks, training, and supporting a section• Ensuring Food Safety & Hygiene procedures are followed
Qualification & Experience• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen within a premium dining environment• Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene• A qualification in Commercial Cookery is preferred, but not required• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights
Contract Type: Permanent/ Full Time
Salary $70,000 – $80,000 pending qualifications and experience
