It provides a full range of Antenatal clinics and Postnatal services enabling you to work to your full Midwifery Scope. Country Nursing and Midwifery Incentive Program

Ever considered a career in the country? The Country Nursing & Midwifery incentive program is available to new and existing nurses and midwives - across a broad range of patient-facing roles - on fixed term or permanent contracts at 76 select locations. Eligible nurses and midwives can receive between $5,000 and $17,000 paid over 12 months - WA Country Health Service - Country Nursing and Midwifery Incentive Program

  • You will provide clinical leadership and support the multidisciplinary team to achieve collaborative care utilising team engagement, advanced clinical skills, knowledge and problem solving to effectively coordinate care delivery and manage complex situations

  • Your ability to build connective partnerships will be essential to your success in the role

The following should be noted: This is an “open-ended” Recruitment Pool for suitably qualified Clinical Midwives covering all employment types including:

Permanent - Full Time, Permanent - Part Time, Fixed Term - Full Time, Fixed Term - Part Time and Casual appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

  • The panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications and will assess on a weekly basis.
