About The Role
Joining the Global Business Administration team as an Executive Assistant , you will provide vital administrative support to 3 executive members of the APAC leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, adept at managing priorities, coordinating schedules, and facilitating seamless communication between executives and their respective teams.
Duties
- Manage daily calendars for multiple executives, prioritising conflicting needs and handling matters proactively.
- Coordinate global multi-party meetings and conference calls, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistics.
- Arrange travel (domestic and international), producing itineraries and coordinating meeting schedules.
- Facilitate smooth communication between executives and department heads.
- Prepare and edit documents and presentations with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including research, correspondence, and event coordination.
- Provide support to the Company Secretary, including board and committee meeting logistics, documentation management, and minute taking.
- Execute tasks to maintain an organised and efficient workflow, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Proven experience providing administrative support to senior management in a corporate environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and judgment, particularly in handling sensitive information.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Concur, Serk, Salesforce, MS Dynamics or similar.
- 12-month maternity leave contract with potential for further extension
- $90,000 - $100,000 + super and bonus
