We are currently seeking applications for a motivated Project & Systems Accountant to join our team here in Gladstone at Aestec Services!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Regular reconciliations ensuring integrity and timeliness of project financials.
- Champion improvements to accounts receivable, procure to pay, payroll and job reporting.
- Develop the ERP software to effectively maintain project analysis.
- Assist with EOM and EOFY processes and reporting where required.
- AR & AP functions as required.
- Project and Cost Administration.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Intellectual curiosity, proactiveness, willingness to learn.
- Experience within construction, or another complex industry.
- Experience in analytical or commercial role with exposure to financial analysis, cost control and/or systems accounting.
- Able to use financial systems; Viewpoint Jobpac, Excel, PowerBi particularly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment is essential.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking people who possess:
- Minimum 2 years Management Accounting / Systems Accounting experience.
- Tertiary qualification in related field e.g., accounting, finance, business.
- Experience using Viewpoint Jobpac or similar ERP system.
