About The Role
As NDIS Administration Officer, you will provide Home and Living secretariat support for all Home and Living decisions. In addition, your key duties are as follows:
- Support the teams with Home and Living enquiries
- Resolve issues and complaints in relation to Home and Living applications.
- Lead and contribute to the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Manage, collate, interpret, and analyse data to produce reports and dashboards that inform strategic and operational planning.
- Contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators, including planning targets.
- Monitor and action correspondence, assigning and actioning internal work items.
- Coach, mentor staff and provide support on established technical, operational and administrative activities, procedures, practices and program/project objectives.
