The Role

As a Content Producer, you will be responsible for ideating, creating, and managing high-quality content that engages the community of Sydney, drives traffic, and aligns with brand objectives. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about storytelling, digital innovation, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Copywriting across a range of formats, including website content, social media, blogs, marketing creative, and internal presentations.
  • Create visual artwork/creative in adherence to brand guidelines
  • Manage content production workflows, including planning, execution, and post-production processes.
  • Coordinate delivery of collateral dispatch with external stakeholders, including agency and media partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator to develop, design, and distribute marketing collateral in line with the annual marketing strategy and business plan.

Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Content Producer or similar role, with a strong track record in digital content production and management.
  • In-depth understanding of SEO, analytics tools (Adobe/Google Analytics), and content management systems.
  • Strong graphic design skills and experience creating visual artwork in adherence to brand style guidelines.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and subbing skills, with experience in content ideation and creation across various platforms.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with video production, photography, and social media platforms is a plus.
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent communication skills and a client-centric approach.
  • Relevant tertiary degree in a related field is preferred.
