A unique opportunity to become an Insurance Factual Investigator! We are seeking a trainee Factual Investigator to join our expanding team!

We are seeking a motivated and high performing individual to work within our Investigations team! As a Trainee Factual Investigator you will work closely with our Investigations team in the day to day operations of our division. This will include training with our experienced investigators to become a fully licenced Insurance Factual Investigator.
Daily responsibilities of the Trainee Factual Investigator include supporting the preparation and writing of formal reports and documents for our clients, reviewing investigator field notes, carrying out enquiries and professional daily liaison with clients and investigators. In addition, general office ad-hoc administration duties as required.

About you:
  • Proven administration experience (1-2 years).
  • An interest in investigations and/or law enforcement.
  • Excellent writing skills, grammar, spelling and report preparation abilities.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • Great customer focus and dedication.
  • A confident and pleasant approach to phone and email enquiries.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
