The Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join us as the Manager of Presales & IT (also known internally as our new Head of IT ).This individual will wear multiple hats, leading our IT department, providing pre-sales and solution architecture expertise, managing the development team's process and personnel, overseeing quality assurance, and ensuring flawless service delivery.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT department, developing and implementing a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with business goals, ensures the smooth operation of all IT systems and infrastructure, and provides exceptional support to our internal team and external clients.
• Participate in the pre-sales process, providing technical expertise and solution architecture for potential clients.
• Design and implement efficient development team processes for the project.
• Manage a team of IT professionals, including Developers, Testers, IT Support, and Service Desk personnel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a technical or presales leadership role
• Experience with pre-sales activities and solution architecture for complex software solutions.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategy for a small to medium-sized business.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services (Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services preferred), service delivery, development team management practices, and IT service desk operations.
