A Contracts Administrator is sought by an established large Commercial Fit Out Contractor in Inner Sydney, to work on commercial fit out/ heavy refurbishment projects between $5 million and $30 million.The Opportunity:
- Working for an established and reputable commercial fit out contractor
- Working under a PM with corporate clients, with projects ranging from $5 million - 30 million on average
- Initial project will be a $10 million commercial fit out
- $100k to $120k package
- Immediate start

- Reporting to a Project Manager

- A Construction Management Degree or similar
- Previous project coordination or contracts administration experience with a Principal Commercial Contractor in Sydney is essential
- Experience with procurement, letting contracts, claims, variations, final accounts, sub contractor payments
- Jobpac and Procore experience is preferred but not essential
- A steady career history and proven CA background
