A Site Manager/ Supervisor is sought by a Tier 2 Builder, to manage a $40 million industrial construction project in Western Sydney, due to commence in June
The Opportunity:

• Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder on industrial construction projects from $10 million to $50 million
• You will be working on a $40 million industrial construction project commencing in May
• You will be managing a Foreman and Leading Hands, reporting to a Project Manager
• To $200k package
• Immediate start
• Long term permanent opportunity
• Western Sydney based site
• 13 Flexible RDO's a year

​The Company:

• An established Tier 2 Builder
• T/0 $300 million
• Reporting to a Senior Project Manager
• This successful builder focuses on industrial construction projects.
• Projects between $30 million to $150 million

​You will have:

• A Trade Certificate, Carpentry Cert III preferred
• Previous supervisory experience with a Tier 2 Builder in NSW essential
• Industrial construction experience essential
• Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy Tier 2 builder
• Experience managing industrial construction projects over $10 million with a Tier 2 Builder
• A steady career history and previous site management background
• Solid programming experience
