Description:
Pony Lounge and Dining is seeking experienced Chefs for immediate start.
Must have a minimum of three years' verifiable experience overseeing and managing kitchen activities, including -
- menu planning and development;
- preparing, cooking and presenting meals;
- ordering stock;
- maintaining stock;
- monitoring operating costs and working to budget;
- ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen;
- overseeing kitchen staff activities;
- ensuring effective communication within the kitchen;
- handling all maintenance requests and maintain a written log;
- observing safe work practices;
- overseeing staff roster and attendance records
This is a full time permanent position with a starting salary of$70,000 plus superannuation
