We are seeking a Disability Support Worker with Mental Health supports experience to support a Female patient with daily living tasks such as accessing the community, participating in sessions with allied health and promote independence and encouragement to achieve their goals and aspirations.
Available Shifts
Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 1pm-5pm.
Your skills and experience
Experience with Mental Health supports and community engagement
Experience in supporting patients with activities of daily living
Your certificates and licenses
NDIS Workers Screening Check
Working with Children Check
First Aid and CPR certificate
Desirable Australian driver's license and your own fully insured vehicle
Requirements:

- NDIS Quality Safety and You module certificate - or willing to obtain
- Car with Comprehensive Insurance
- Drivers Licence
- First Aid - CPR
