Our clinic in Bondi are currently seeking?a Medical Receptionist?to join the team.?
The role is a full time position working 8.5 hour shifts Monday- Friday, between 7:30am-6pm with a fortnightly rostered day off.
Reporting to the Office Supervisor,?you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and other customers.?
Role Overview
As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering phone calls promptly and handling enquiries professionally.
