OUR TEAM

Our Explosive Ordnance Systems (EOS) team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. As a turnkey solution, we offer the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations, creating huge opportunities for growth.

Within our logistics services business there are 17+ depots throughout Australia, allowing various development and progression opportunities.

YOUR ROLE

Join us in a pivotal role as a Regional Compliance Manager, where you'll be instrumental in ensuring compliance within our logistics contract for the Australian Defence Force.

Working at our Orchard Hills site (or any of our other EOS sites), on Darug land, your role purpose is to

  • Manage the MHF Framework, Regional Safety & Compliance Coordinator schedule, national compliance program for the regions

  • Coordinate MHF Workshops and reviews, development, review, and subsequent dispatch of Comcare Annual Reports, other internal and external audit programs

  • Manage team resources effectively to deliver various outputs such as compiling, producing, and analysing MHF Major Accident Control review reports, identifying continuous improvement initiatives, providing advice & recommendations, consolidating regional compliance findings and results, assisting in the development and implementation of organizational objectives and initiatives, and managing the budget

  • Lead the team by setting objectives, appraising performance, and developing team members

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Advanced Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant discipline and/or experience

  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining exceptional relationships will all stakeholders while managing multiple and transversal requirements

  • Broad knowledge and /or experience of logistics operations involving dangerous goods

  • Existing NV1 clearance holders or above would be highly advantageous
