Description:
How will I help?
- Driving the achievement of Westpac's strategy by working with stakeholders as directed to elicit, analysise, communicate, validate and manage requirements for changes to systems, business, processes, policies, information and data.
- Work with the business stakeholders to translate the user stories into technical specifications for the implementation team
- Work with the engineering and QA testing team to validate the requirements which are built accordingly to the technical specifications
- Identify and define detailed system requirements and use cases
- Support the execution of product test and resolve issues
- Validate the design with the stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirements

What do I need?
- 5 years + of BA tech skills, data analysis, system functional and non-function analysis experience
- Financial Services or Professional Services background (desirable)
- Extensive experience in JIRA, confluence, agile
- A strong understanding of technology and business systems strategically and operationally
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
