Description:
Labourpower Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Skilled Forklift Operator for ongoing shifts for our valued food production company located in Tamworth.
This position will commence immediately working a weekly rotating roster of Afternoon and Night Shifts.
Duties for these positions include:
- Manual Handling up to 25kg repetitively
- Bagging
- Boxing
- Labelling
- Shrink wrapping
- Palletising
- General receipt and dispatch paperwork
To be considered for this position you must possess the following skills and attributes:
- A current LF forklift licence, ideally 6 months experience
- Be able to lift up to 15-25 kilo bags of product
- Must be able to read and write production orders
- Be able to work as part of a small team but often autonomously
- Keeping up with daily production targets
- Have a solid understanding of safely in a warehouse environment
- Be able to work a rotating afternoon and night shift.
