Are you a skilled administrator seeking a remote work from home / hybrid opportunity providing comprehensive administrative support to HumanAbility's engagement and communications teams.
We are seeking an organised and proactive individual on an initial short term 6 month contract, who can efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various projects and initiatives, facilitating effective communication, and assisting in stakeholder engagement efforts.
You will be someone who has worked in a busy, dynamic role previously who can hit the ground running whilst working with minimal supervision. You will have excellent attention to detail, and fantastic vernal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the stakeholder engagement, government relations and communications teams, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and organise electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Support logistics for events, workshops, and meetings, including venue bookings, travel arrangements, and catering.
- Gather information to support engagement and communication initiatives. For example, gathering direct email addresses for contacts within stakeholder organisations by contacting receptions of organisations.
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries from stakeholders, providing timely and courteous responses.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement efficiency measures.
- Support the transition to a new CRM through data entry and transfer of contacts from spreadsheets to Microsoft Dynamics.
- Other Duties as required.
