Description
- Problem management and root cause analysis
- Collate trace and backup files, logging tickets with vendors for investigation as well as managing the implementation of resolutions
- Documenting new and updating out-dated processes for internal and external stakeholders
- Perform, lead & review implementation activities from technical designs to meet or exceed project or service delivery requirements
- Work as retail technologies subject matter expert, and resource on assigned projects.
Profile
- Experience in a customer service role, and preferably in a contact centre
- Great communicator, internally and externally
- Proactive attitude with a can-do approach
- Excellent customer focused phone and email manner
- Thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment.
