Description:
Clear Dental Group is currenly seeking for the potentialcandidate for our treatment coordinator role. The position will require the candidate to work closely with the dentists and the owner. Ideally, the candidate should have some dental receptionist and sales background (minimum 3 years).
The primary responsibilities include:
- Patient education
- Treatment planning
- Financial coordination for treatment plans
- Communication between dentists and patients
- Recording keeping
- Follow up appointments
- Administrative tasks
- Monitor and review for the KPI for our clinics
The candidate will have the opportunity to work from home, but will be required to travel among our clinics on a monthly basis. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
