About the Role
We are looking for a Speech Pathologist to join us in fostering a positive and supportive environment for NDIS Participants and their families. Within this role you will provide comprehensive Speech Pathology assessments, therapeutic interventions and reports for all ages referred to the service, delivered in home, clinic and community settings. You will regularly review and evaluate the progress of clients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
You will collaborate and communicate effectively with parents/care givers, teachers, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach. With our local office in Ballarat , you will have access to our unique senior support structure provides an opportunity for you to work in a generalist capacity or tailor your caseload as well as the below:
  • Complex Communication
  • Adult Neuro
  • Dysphagia
  • Paediatrics

Who will you be working closely to?
Pauline, an experienced occupational therapist, has been leading both the North-West Metro and Ballarat teams with great success. With a career spanning 7 years in this field, she has been an invaluable asset to National 360 for the past 4 years. Pauline's passion lies in various areas, such as mental health and prescribing assistive technology, which she actively pursues. Beyond her professional life, Pauline finds joy in her hobbies, including watching footy and indulging in her love for cooking and baking.
About You
We like to keep an open mind when it comes to bringing therapists on board! With that being said, there are a few requirements for our therapists which are:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathologist
  • Experience working as a Speech Pathologist within the private or public sector
  • NDIS Experience desirable
  • SPA Registration
  • NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply)
  • Current Australian driver’s licence and able to travel with your own vehicle
