Description:
We are looking for an energetic, motivated and reliable receptionist and administration assistant to join our team at our busy specialist practice in Camden. The role is for 3 days per week.
This fast-paced role will involve managing a busy front desk reception, liaising with patients, supporting our dental assistants and practitioners as well as general administration duties. Your time-management skills and wonderful way with people will be fully utilised in this exciting role. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting patients in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Efficient and professional management of busy phone lines, customer emails and face to face client interactions.
- Record and follow up on patient appointments.
- Providing accurate information to patients.
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Interacting with patients and performing reception duties with a smile.
- Contracts administration.
- Coordination of patient care throughout the course of treatment.
- Reporting to and assisting the business manager with business development duties.

The successful candidate will possess:
- Relevant reception and customer service experience is required
- Articulate communication skills and professional presentation
- Impeccable professionalism
- The ability to coordinate, manage and work with team members

- Highly developed computer literacy and ability to type
