Call Center Supervisor Wanted. You will be overseeing the office and several efficient staff that are professionals in their work. You need to be professional in manner and will be responsible for ensuring our main clients are receiving the best service we can offer. You will be the direct contact for them, this means emails and phone calls, data entry, follow ups and face to face meetings. There is monthly reporting and deadlines that must be met.
Being a customer service call center, we need to be extremely customer service focused, as we represent many large corporate retailers here in Australia and New Zealand. This job does come with some challenges with, sadly, many consumers occasionally "expressing" themselves in a confrontational way. You need to be able to negotiate, appease and defuse such situations and problem solve a outcome. You will need to be thick skinned and not take anything to heart, we will show you how to laugh off the offensive callers and actually enjoy the challenge.
Ok - if the above hasn't scared you off, just a couple of other requirements - you must be self-motivated and actually want this job and be proactive in it. Be able to use Excel and have reasonable to good computer skills. You have to be a logical thinker and have good hands-on practical skills. Located in Smeaton Grange, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with every third Saturday 9am to 3pm. Salary is negotiable based on a proven ability to successfully take on this role and run with it.
