The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate 1st Coach to lead our competitive team. This role requires a dynamic individual who not only has a strong background in coaching but also possesses organizational skills to manage team logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for elevating our team’s performance and fostering a winning spirit within a supportive and professional environment.
You possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to maintain open and effective channels of communication with coaches, staff, students and parents. Your ability to convey ideas in an engaging manner ensures that all stakeholders are well-informed and aligned with team goals. With a proven track record of establishing and maintaining robust relationships, you excel in creating a network of collaboration across various levels.
