LUXURY PROPERTY MANAGER (BTR) - ST KILDA (Opportunity Temp to Perm)
Our client is one of the leading property development and management companies based in the CBD. We are currently seeking a Senior Property Manager for a luxurious built to rent portfolio.
This person will be an experienced individual to oversee the day-to-day property management operations including; customer service, and leasing activities of a high-end apartment portfolio in Melbourne's Bayside.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, building strong relationships and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Oversee the leasing process, including hosting exclusive events for potential tenants and utilising a selective approach to inspections.
• Work closely with Facilities Manager, Operations Manager, and Accountant to ensure seamless operations and financial management.
• Manage maintenance activities during the defecting phase with builders, liaising with onsite Facilities Manager for coordination.
• Utilise sales strategies and scripts to maximise leasing opportunities and maintain high occupancy rates.

Ideal Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property management, with exposure to various aspects of the field.
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles, demonstrating exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Familiarity with property management and the residential tenancies act, including event-style inspections and sales-focused approaches.
• Ability to work rotating Saturdays and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in property management systems such as IRE with experience in electronic signing systems and tenant-facing apps.
• Confidence, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
