Join a tier 1 Australian business as their next State Sales Manager. Leading a team of retail business managers you'll lead from the front, driving sale capabilities whilst also managing the dealership network across NSW.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies for the NSW dealership network
- Drive continuous improvement within your team and the network
- Coach and build trusting relationships with key stakeholders and customers
- Implement strategies to improve customer engagement and experience.
- Sales Management/Field Sales Management roles within the building material sector
- Multi-site management experience would be preferred
- Proven experience in driving YOY sales growth across a team and/or customers
- Proven ability in coaching and developing field sales teams
- Ability to develop relationships quickly across different customer personality types.
