HealthPass is an online compliance and onboarding platform, built by recruitment specialists for both recruitment companies and end clients alike; our web based system has been created to help companies control their onboarding of candidates in a more efficient, cost effective and streamlined approach, allowing users to perform many onboarding tasks in the one location, without having to utislise multiple tech platforms.
As the Sales Account Manager, you will be supporting the Head of Sales and Lead Developer at HealthPass to manage existing clients and work to generate leads for new, potential clients across the HealthCare sector.
You will also be part of our support team to help coordinate the completion of document editing for our current clients across the globe.
You main responsibilities and tasks will be:
- Monthly account management meetings with current clients
- Being the key point of contact to handle client queries
- Assisting the coding team with documentation uploads
- Working with the development & support team with basic client query analysis
- Making first stage new business contact with potential new customers
- Assisting with demonstrations to new clients
- Becoming a superuser with the HealthPass system
- Stress testing and working on new features as they are developed
- Assistance with marketing activity and social media presence
Your attributes will be favoured if you:
- Have an interest in SaaS sales and new technology development
- You are a frequent user of software products & apps
- Have good interpersonal and written language skills
- Have a keen eye for detail along with a investigative approach to problem solving
- Enjoy the task of problem solving
- Have a strong willingness to learn and want to grow within a new, global business
Applicants will be favoured if you have any of the below prior experience:
- Previous SaaS account management experience
- Previous SaaS sales experience
- Any form of software development knowledge or experience
- Any form of sales or account manage experience (if outside of SaaS)
