The Company
Our client is an international leader and a manufacturer of a wide range of industrial capital equipment. The markets they serve range from logistics, manufacturing, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, local/state/federal government and many more. Their innovative product range sets the standard for the industry and are widely recognised as being the provider of choice! Currently they are looking to employ a BDM in Sydney.
The Opportunity
Your role will be responsible to successfully manage the Western Sydney territory. You will execute an effective territory management plan to ensure consistency achievement of targets and KPI’s. You will work to identify qualified opportunities and to then work with clients to properly assess their needs and requirements. You will then present and demonstrate equipment on clients sites with a view of submitting a formal proposal and then work through the process leading to close.
You
- Strong B2B sales experience (capital equipment or any long-term sales cycle)
- Result focused, action orientated and customer service minded
- Excellent relationship building and prospecting skills
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation experience
- Autonomous, reliable, ethical and results driven
- Experience building territory or market / portfolio of accounts
- Looking for a career based opportunity
Your salary package will include a lucrative base salary of $95,000 to $110,000 PA + car / allowance + superannuation + commission. Your ‘high-performing’ territory is already highly active and consists of several corporate KEY accounts for your ongoing management.
