About the business:
Koala Solutions is an Australian Immigration Consulting firm based in Hurstville, NSW 2220. We use our extensive knowledge of immigration laws to help provide personalised solutions to all our clients based on their unique circumstances. Apart from providing immigration services, we also provide assistance to international students with the enrolment process, along with career counselling and support services for them to transition into Australia. Our other wing is to place skilled workers with Australian businesses.
Objectives of the role
The role encompasses several objectives, including:
- Counselling students regarding their educational prospects abroad, considering their individual situations.
- Conducting research on plans, policies, and industry-related matters to provide accurate and valuable information.
- Establishing communication with educational institutions for the offer letter process.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to:
- Guiding onshore and offshore students seeking Education and Visa services in Australia.
- Interacting with internal and external stakeholders to promote and disseminate daily course information and admission procedures.
- Preparing, verifying, and submitting offer applications.
- Processing student enrollments and issuing related paperwork and communications.
- Ensuring adherence to admissions procedures, responding to student inquiries, and taking appropriate follow-up measures.
- Offering administrative support for other areas of the Student and Temporary Visa section
- Assisting with various operational tasks within the company.

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Qualifications and Certifications
- QAEC Certification preferred
Experience in the international education sector is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. This role is perfect for someone passionate about Australian Immigration and, ideally, someone pursuing studies towards Migration Law.
A Filipino, Indonesian or Nepalese language command will be an added bonus.
