Task & Responsibilities• Delivering outstanding customer experiences through personally demonstrating positive interactions and coaching the team to do the same• Supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members in line with brand values• Having a proactive, and solution focused approach to improving guest satisfaction• Upholding high operational standards across all areas of the restaurant, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand standards and service culture

• Previous experience in a management role• A Front of House expert that can deliver exceptional service and take our guests through a casual and fun culinary journey• Knowledge and passion to learn current food and beverage trends• A love of all thing’s hospitality!

Contract Type: Permanent/ Full Time
Salary $70,000 – $80,000 pending qualifications and experience
