As the Marketing Manager , you'll have a range of responsibilities, including:
MARKETING & ADMINISTRATIVE
* To handle PR with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for special campaigns on promotions, seedings for new product launch, seasonal gifts, sponsorship for any shows or events invitation
* To build and maintain good relationship with media for press releases, events, and brand articles for product launches
*To support any marketing related activities such as PR seedings, promotions, partnerships, events planning including preparing guests list, send out invitations and RSVP list
*To conduct market research on competitors in terms of events, seedings, marketing strategy and retail activities as well as e-commerce to plan and infuse in our strategy
*To build and maintain good rapport with mall managements for special requests, mall websites, events, pop-up stores, A&P, in-mall ads, social media and digital promotions
*To share out special promotions with third-party sites and to explore more platforms for free and paid comms for more coverage and brand awareness.
*To liaise with supplier for in-store signages orders and deliveries and to ensure all orders arrive in time for promotions
*Responsible on social content creations and website editorial.
*To communicate with digital department for any requests on artworks and A&P for social media, social assets and in-mall advertisements.
*To communicate with store teams for marketing write-offs or when bringing KOLs/influencers to the store for promotions and brand shoutouts.
*To liaise with Finance/Account department for all marketing payments on suppliers, events, malls and to liaise with Inventory/Merchandising department for marketing write-offs
*To provide promo results, footfalls, net sales and all crucial information needed on the promotion performance to plan better strategies ahead
*To prepare Expense Tracker (due every 7th) and Post Event Reports (due a week after events)
*100% ownership on PO creation and invoicing.

Tracking of marketing spending
OTHERS
Be up to date on competition for all brands in Valiram.
Be sensitive on retail activity in the markets (public holidays, retailer activity)
To assist in reports for other markets (as and when need arises)
Personal Development
Always maintain competent knowledge in areas of duty.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
