A leading Australian owned and managed exhibitions and event company, running more that 30 trade and consumer events in Australia and New Zealand has a permanent position available for a self motivated Operations/Events Planner to join their team. The position is available due to expansion.
Duties include:
Pre Show Planning: To ensure all Operational Pre Show planning and preparation is done on time, accurately and within budget.
Onsite Management: To ensure all sites are set up as to plan and meet all requirements.
Post Show Reporting: To provide a thorough Operations Post Show Report in a timely manner.
Warehouse/Office: To oversee all warehousing and office duties relating to Operations.
Team: To effectively develop and manage the Operations teams and be an active member of the Management Team.
