We are looking for a Field Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and assistance to our clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and resolving any issues that may arise.Requirements
- Prior experience as a Field Technician or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Proficiency in setting up and configuring IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different client environments
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
- Knowledge of remote support tools and ticketing systems
