This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Digital Content Creator with an expertise in both Photography & Videography to join a multi-award winning, powerhouse real estate business based in the beautiful Albury region.

In this role, you will be responsible for the conception and execution of high quality, engaging and exciting digital content through photography and videography within the real estate landscape. From property tours, promotional videos, in-house content, social media campaigns and beyond, we are seeking a creative genius to who can utilise their unique skillset to elevate our client's brand.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through photo and video. You’re a creative thinker, innovative in your approach and you aren’t afraid to step outside of the lines to explore new, bold and inspiring ideas. You will understand the importance of social media marketing and driving engagement across social media platforms.

Tertiary qualifications in photography, videography, film production and social media/marketing is highly desired and experience using photo/video editing softwares such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, After Effects etc is essential.

Our client knows Digital Content Creators and Videographers are in high demand. Whilst this is a full time position, you will also have the flexibility to freelance outside of work requirements.

Your duties will include…

Our client is one of the most highly regarded and supremely dominant real estate businesses in the Albury region. You have the opportunity to learn and work with true industry legends. In this role, you will be required to:

• Plan and execute photo and video shoots, including property tours, promotional videos and social media content;
• Produce and edit photos and video footage to create engaging content that is compelling to the target audience;
• Plan and create social media campaigns and post content for the company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube);
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner and to a high standard;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video and real estate industry trends, and provide insights to the team;
• Work closely with the team to create in-house content that showcases our agents and agency in the best light;
• Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms

To succeed in this role, you will have…

• Tertiary qualifications in photography, videography, film production and social media/marketing is advantageous;
• An experienced track record as a photographer/videographer/editor and a strong portfolio that showcases your creativity and technical skills;
• Your own camera, lighting and audio equipment;
• Proven experience using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, After Effects etc;
• A strong understanding of visual storytelling and composition;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Experience in capturing, editing and producing high quality video and photography content;
• Experience in online/social media marketing is highly desired;
• The ability to follow and adapt to latest online trends;
• A creative ability to develop new content and push creative boundaries;
• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• High level communication skills, both verbal and written;
• A keen eye for detail and a relentless drive for perfection;
• Strong time management skills;
• A current valid driver's licence; and
• A passion and energy within the role – desire to create innovative, engaging and exciting work.

• Good quality DSLR or equivalent;
• Drone;
• Lighting equipment;
• Audio equipment;
• Other relevant shooting accessories; and
