Our client is a leading Commercial Property Agency that focuses on corporate office leasing. Their business is built on long-term, trusting relationships, with flexibility and a strong market focus helping to produce consistently rewarding outcomes for clients.
The Role
We are seeking an outgoing commercial individual who will be responsible for leasing commercial office assets for one of the largest brands in commercial property. You will have exposure to other agencies and other leasing agents by executing leasing deals with global commercial property landlords. As their new Office Leasing Executive you will:
- Conduct site inspections with prospective tenants
- Report preparation and application processing
- Liaise with other agents, landlords and tenants
- Be able to develop long-lasting relationships
- Prospecting for new tenants
- 2-5 years prior experience in Commercial Property
- Ability and confidence to speak with tenants
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Have a passion for client service
- Huge opportunity for career progression
