About the Opportunity

At PMHC every employee plays a part in ensuring we work together to achieve positive outcomes for our Community, to help us achieve this we are looking for an A ccounts Payable Team Leader. You will have experience in leading the Account Payable function in a large organisation, strong time management, data entry and communication skills.

On a typical day this role will:

  • Ensure Council’s week payment run is completed.
  • Reconciliation of creditor statements.
  • System / vendor maintenance functions.
  • Processing of monthly purchase cards.
  • Manage the accounts payable.

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of high-volume accounts payable function in a large organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience of supervising staff in order to achieve tight deadlines.
  • Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills to work with community to achieve our shared goals.
  • Demonstrated experience in data entry.
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative, agile and customer-focused environment.

Remuneration and Benefits

Employment Type: Full time, Temporary until 28 November 2024 - 35 hours per week

Salary (exclusive of super): Starting salary of $1,204.30 per week with the opportunity for competency-based progression.
