THE ORGANISATION:

Our client are an established, succeSsful and influential organisation who are still going through significant growth. They are a leader in their industry with great tenure throughout the organisation due to the inclusive culture. They are currently seeking out a passionate and driven HR Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

THE ROLE:

As the new HRM you will spearhead the development and enforcement of all human resources policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with regulations. You will streamline the process of obtaining work visas for talented personnel, facilitating & ensuring their smooth integration into the workforce. You will design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs, fostering seamless integration of new hires into the organizational culture. You will thrive to adopt a dynamic learning environment, promoting continuous education and awareness of policies and compliance standards among employees. You will be responsible for driving the implementation of impactful global HR initiatives and projects tailored to regional needs, maximizing positive outcomes.
On a daily basis you are addressing employee concerns and (hopefully!)nurturing a harmonious work atmosphere while upholding disciplinary standards with fairness and consistency, employing effective policies and procedures as needed. You will generate insightful reports and analyses using advanced reporting tools, providing valuable insights to the Senior Leadership Team on key HR metrics such as new hires, turnover, and tenure. Continue the culture of collaboration and professional growth within the team, offering support, sharing knowledge, and facilitating active development opportunities. You will also oversee the administration and ongoing enhancement of enterprise agreements and labor contracts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and legal requirements.

THE CRITERIA:

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years as a Senior HR Advisor, BP or HR Manager. You will hold a degree ideally in Human Resources or a related field. You are organised, dedicated & passionate about building and implementing effective HR strategies to support the company’s growth trajectory. You enjoy the BAU & operational side of HR duties but also happy to wear the generalist hat! You are flexible in your approach and curious to continue to learn. If you are a reliable HR Manager with a genuine love for all things people this could be the place for you!
