Description:
We now have an excellent opportunity to work as a Property Manager within our property management department in Hurstville.
We are looking for someone who is experienced in property management with a positive attitude, who is self motivated and an unbelievable work ethic, as the office has a very fast paced environment.
Main Duties include:
. Primarily responsible for the overall management of residential/commercial properties on behalf of and to the satisfaction of the owner and the tenant
· Conducting Open Homes/ Private Inspections
· Processing Applications
· Ingoing Condition Reports
· Property Visits and Reporting
Skills and Experience:
· Real estate license is essential
· Currents drivers licence and reliable car
· Good computer and communication skills
· Confident in communications, both written and verbal
· Parking will be provided and must be able to work Saturdays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $51,316.92 – $94,284.96 per year
