About the Role
A leading procurement firm is in need of a Accounts Assistant to join their team. The role will involve processing invoices, managing inventory/stock and raising purchase order's.

The Responsibilities
Reporting to the Financial Accountant, the responsibilities include:
  • Processing inventory/stock invoices, expense reimbursement and credit card processing – verification, coding.
  • Liaise with creditors regarding invoices and reconciliations payments.
  • Maintain accounts receivable details in the accounting system
  • Enter invoices and expenses onto the AP system
  • Assist with stock take, including reconciliation of valuation reports, ensuring no variances

The Successful Applicant
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Experience with inventory/stock invoicing.
