Salary: Clerk Grade 9/10 ($120,859 - $133,183 pa), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role
The Manager, Workplace Management is a pivotal role to ensure continuous operation and maintenance of DCJ’s leased property portfolio (over 230+ properties).
What you’ll do
As part of the Major Program Delivery team with Infrastructure and Assets division, the Manager, Workplace Management is responsible for overseeing property maintenance, coordinating workplace repairs, managing stakeholder relationships, triaging escalated issues, developing resolution plans, and ensuring portfolio compliance.
Additionally, the Manager, Workplace Management will negotiate with and manage external vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective services are achieved and risk management strategies are implemented to minimise disruptions and support DCJ service delivery.
The role leads a team of maintenance coordinators to effectively maintain high service standards and works closely with inter government agency, Property NSW and building facility managers to deliver results for the department.
