We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Sales Consultant - Mining, Minerals and Metals here at Honeywell, you will be the driving force behind the strategic management and optimization of technology solutions that are critical to our sales operations in the APAC region. Your role involves leading the integration of sales technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our technology stack aligns seamlessly with business objectives Due to customer demands, this role can be based in Sydney or Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the Mining, Minerals and Metals vertical
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team in the APAC region
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive innovation in sales processes

Key Experience and Capabilities:

  • Engineering or Science degree (Electrical or chemical preferred)
  • 5+ years’ transferrable experience in technical sales roles, preferably in the Mining, Minerals and Metals industry
  • Proven ability to drive results and achieve targets
  • Strong technical expertise and the ability to provide technical support to the sales team
  • Passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends
