- Established since 2014, approx. 75 staff across NSW and work across multiple states including Victoria and Qld
- Diverse portfolio of work across two divisions, homes & project - 50% of the work is via their projects division who deliver townhouse developments and retirement living developments for Stockland, Lendlease and Crown Group

- A business that has doubled their site starts in the last 12 months. Will close on close to 600 site starts this year
- Also have access to a huge land bank of their own for H&L packages for their homes division
- Be part of a high-performing, fun team - a total of 8 including the Manager
- Due to a new project win, they are looking to hire an additional Draftsperson who will be allocated to a 165 lot, medium density project in Oran Park
- DA has already been approved so the focus for this role is CC and Construction Documentation
- The role will be fast-paced and you will have the opportunity to work on this one project for at least 12 months
- Drafting program used is ArchiCAD
- Successful candidates MUST be proficient in ArchiCAD, have sound technical knowledge, be able to pick up on construction issues if they arise and be able to work with a good level of autonomy
- Experience in medium density, terrace housing or high volume housing is also a MUST
- Level is experience required is intermediate - senior level
- Salary $90k - $110k + Super
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Draftsperson to join our client in a key role focused on production drafting for Construction Certificate (CC) and Construction Documentation (CD). The successful candidate will work closely with our design and construction teams to translate design concepts into detailed drawings and documentation that meet regulatory requirements and construction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce accurate and detailed drawings for Construction Certificate (CC) and Construction Documentation (CD) stages of projects.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure drawings meet design intent and regulatory requirements.
- Incorporate design changes and revisions into drawings in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to obtain necessary information for drawings.
- Ensure drawings are completed according to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Assist in resolving design and construction issues as they arise during the construction phase.
- Mentor junior draftspersons and provide guidance on drafting techniques and standards
